Join Housing and Homelessness Services as a Housing Implementation Officer (AO5) and contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of initiatives that support person-centred housing and homelessness services across Queensland. In this role, you will coordinate and support service delivery transformation projects, undertake research and analysis, prepare high-quality reports and correspondence, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will help develop innovative solutions that improve customer wellbeing, strengthen service delivery outcomes and support Queenslanders to access and sustain secure and secure housing. - Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of projects and initiatives focused on person-centred human service delivery.




- Assist in developing and implementing project plans and apply an agile project management methodology to deliver timely, high quality project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Undertake objective systematic research, analysis and interpretation of date from multiple sources to provide evidence-based and timely advice to senior managers.
- Understand and maintain knowledge in contemporary person-centred service delivery policy and practice.
- Assist in the timely preparation and presentation of high quality documentation, reports, correspondence, briefing notes, plans, submissions, presentations.
- Establish effective business systems and practices to support the work of the unit.
- Work actively in multi-disciplinary, dynamic teams across service areas.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
