Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the AMP06006 Stage 2 project management plan, with specific attention to project WBS, schedule, risk and stakeholder management, in accordance with AMP06006 Business Case and LNIC requirements.
- Identify and manage project related risk, escalating when this may impact project schedules or LNIC business outcomes.
- Coordinate engineering, integration, assurance and verification activities delivered by the ISANO workforce.
- Manage delivery schedules, dependencies and risks associated with engineering activities conducted under AMP06006.
- Ensure engineering reviews, technical governance forums and project milestones are planned, coordinated and tracked.
- Coordinate project reporting for technical risks, engineering issues and integration activities.
- Support the Systems Engineer and SO2 Modelling and Standards in delivery of engineering assurance and standards implementation outcomes.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with Army capability projects, industry partners and external ISA stakeholders.
- Manage project budget, schedule, resources and governance reporting.
- Coordinate prototyping activities and associated test and evaluation events. Provide other reasonable services as tasked by the LNIC Military Executive Staff

Candidate is expected to:

- Produce and maintain required documentation,



reports, technical artefacts, and records.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and governance activities as required.
- Provide skilled advice, analysis, recommendations, and support relevant to the role.
- Comply with Defence policies, procedures, security requirements, and workplace health and safety obligations.
- Support knowledge transfer, handover activities, and continuity of capability where required.
- Contribute to the achievement of LNIC objectives and support Land Capability outcomes.

SFIA Skills Sought:
The management of the lifecycle for all managed assets (hardware, software, intellectual property, licences, warranties etc) including security, inventory, compliance, usage and disposal, aiming to protect and secure the corporate assets portfolio, optimise the total cost of ownership and sustainability by minimising operating costs, improving investment decisions and capitalising on potential opportunities. Knowledge and use of international standards for asset management and close integration with security, change, and configuration management are examples of enhanced asset management development.

ASMG Level 4:
Manages and maintains the service compliance of all IT and service assets in line with business and regulatory requirements involving knowledge of financial and technical processes, tools and techniques. Identifies, assesses and communicates associated risks. Ensures asset controllers, infrastructure teams and the business co-ordinate and optimise value, maintain control and maintain appropriate legal compliance.
