An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading Tier 2 builder delivering complex projects across health, education, commercial and mixed-use developments valued $20M - $300M.

With a solid pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering technically challenging projects, this builder continues to secure some of Sydney's most significant developments. They are known for their collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships and ability to successfully deliver complex projects across both the public and private sectors.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in securing major projects across a diverse portfolio of work.

Working closely with senior management and pre-construction teams, you will be involved in tenders from initial pricing through to submission, developing winning strategies, managing subcontractor engagement and helping secure future projects.

The Role:

- Prepare and manage detailed estimates on projects ranging from $20M to $300M+
- Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing enquiries




- Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in risk reviews and bid strategy workshops
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Assist in developing competitive tender strategies

Required Experience:

- Proven experience as an Estimator working for a head contractor
- Experience pricing major commercial construction projects valued $30M+
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of construction methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
