Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a $140M high-rise construction project in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Safety Advisor looking to step into a major project with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway.

The Role

- Initial contract position with genuine temp-to-perm opportunity
- Work on a $140M high-rise project
- Brisbane-based
- Support the project team across all aspects of site safety and compliance
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Manage and maintain WHS documentation and systems
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings
- Work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors and trades
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project

About You
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor / WHS Advisor within construction
- High-rise,



commercial or large-scale construction experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of Queensland WHS legislation and construction requirements
- Confident engaging with site teams, subcontractors and management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Relevant WHS qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider project team
