Project Support Officer/Data Analyst | Flinders Medical Centre

Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a Project Support/Data Analyst to join the team!

About the role:

The Project Support Officer/Data Analyst is accountable to the Senior Project Manager (SALHN) to assist in the effective delivery of administration support and data analytics for Priority Projects in the PMO.

- Provide executive officer functions to committee and working groups including preparation and distributions of agenda and minutes, monitoring actions to report completion of outstanding items within agreed time frames.
- Researching issues and providing background to support decision making of a projects.
- Gathering data and information and providing reports.
- Preparing briefing notes in preparation for meetings and as background to emerging issues.
- Undertaking various administrative and project activities.

About you:

- High level of interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels from a range of professions, and to develop rapport and effective working relationships with staff at senior levels.
- Proven ability to prepare timely, clear and concise written communication including agendas, minutes and briefs.
- Proven intermediate computing skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of electronic medical records, in particular with EMR.
- Significant experience in producing a range of high-quality documents.
- Experience establishing, maintaining and improving office administrative systems, procedures and processes, including record keeping systems.
