Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Manager to support a portfolio of shopping centre clients across Perth.

- Manage a portfolio of retail assets located in Joondalup, Butler and Ellenbrook.

- Oversee hard services, contractor performance and planned preventative maintenance programs to ensure assets operate efficiently and compliantly.

Who are we looking for

- Experience working as a Facilities Manager in retail, commercial or mixed use properties, or experience as an Assistant Facilities Manager ready to take on a larger role

- Ideally, experience in retail property environments, with an understanding of fast paced centres, tenant relationships and day to day operational demands

- Experience working in structured environments where approvals, budgets and decisions need careful handling and professionalism

- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Trades or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

The role

Manage facilities across 3 shopping centres across Perth and the opportunity to support other assets across the Country. Oversee contractors, budgets, and projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee facilities operations across multiple shopping centres, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and running efficiently

- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is delivered on time and to standard





- Monitor budgets and deliver capital works projects from planning through to completion

- Maintain and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, lifts) to minimise disruption

- Work with retailers and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, balancing priorities in a rapid-paced environment

- Champion workplace safety by ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across sites
