Company

Our client is a well-established electrical wholesaler with a strong presence across the Perth market and an excellent industry reputation.

They offer a more versatile and progressive environment than your typical electrical wholesaler, with a close-knit team, supportive management and plenty of exposure to senior leadership.

Role

This is a hands-on Branch Manager position overseeing a small team while also getting involved in business development, customer relationships and growing the branch.

You will have the autonomy to manage the day-to-day branch operations, while also getting out into the market, developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing and supporting a small branch team
- Overseeing day-to-day branch operations and sales activity
- Managing key customer relationships and growing existing accounts
- Building relationships with electrical contractors, builders and project customers
- Supporting the team with quoting, pricing and sales opportunities
- Driving branch sales, profitability and customer service




- Working closely with senior management on branch strategy and growth
- Providing hands-on leadership, coaching and support to the team

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within the electrical wholesale industry, or something related like plumbing wholesale or trade supplies.

We are also open to experienced Account Managers or Business Development Managers from the electrical wholesale sector who are ready to step into a broader leadership role.

Experience across electrical supplies, cable, telecommunications, lighting or similar industries will also be considered.
