Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and Accounts Receivable processes
- Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and resolve customer queries
- Process payment allocations, account reconciliations and daily banking
- Monitor aged debtor balances and proactively recover outstanding debts
- Prepare month-end reporting and support finance administration activities
- Approve new customer accounts and assist with ad hoc finance duties
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and within a team
