Join a growing modular construction and manufacturing operation where you'll play a key role in production scheduling, capacity planning, labour forecasting and project delivery.

Working across Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Construction and Project teams, you'll help optimise production capacity, identify risks and drive greater efficiency across multiple projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll take ownership of production planning and scheduling, ensuring the right people, resources, space and materials are available to meet project requirements.

You'll also contribute to tender planning, cost forecasting, production benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and manage production schedules across multiple projects.
- Forecast labour, subcontractor,



floor-space and production requirements.
- Manage capacity planning and yard utilisation.
- Create yard maps and floor delivery sequences.
- Model production scenarios, including shifts and weekend work.
- Monitor progress, identify scheduling risks and implement solutions.
- Prepare production schedules for tenders and project bids.
- Align schedules with project budgets, costs and delivery timelines.
- Establish production baselines and identify opportunities to improve throughput.
- Develop and improve planning systems, processes and reporting.
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Construction, Design and Project teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 2–3+ years' experience in planning or scheduling, ideally within manufacturing, construction or modular construction.
