Texas MPHS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its aged care team on a four-week contract basis. This is a fixed-term opportunity running from 30 September to 25 October 2026, based at the Texas MPHS facility in Queensland. The role offers up to 80 hours per fortnight and is ideal for a nurse looking to contribute to quality care delivery in an aged care setting while maintaining flexibility around contract work.

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body




- Demonstrated experience working in aged care settings
- Ability to assess, plan, and deliver care to aged care residents
- Competence in managing a designated patient load and prioritising care needs
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within the healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate qualification or specialisation in aged care nursing
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
