Who are we looking for?

- Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Licence.

- Previous experience managing a commercial or industrial property portfolio.

- Strong understanding of day to day property management, including tenant liaison, contractor management, maintenance coordination and lease administration.

- Demonstrated experience preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and providing accurate financial reporting.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day to day operations of a industrial and commercial property portfolio across South East Queensland.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.

- Lead and support facilities management activities, working closely with Facilities Managers and the broader support team.





- Oversee property budgets, reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering strong outcomes.

- Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance and deliver value for clients.
