This is a fantastic opportunity for Graduate Civil Engineers to join a reputable, high-profile contracting company as part of our 2027 Graduate Program.

As part of the NRW Civil & Mining team, you will work in a dynamic and diverse workplace with opportunities to gain experience across a range of civil and infrastructure projects. Positions may be site-based on a 2:1 roster or project-based on a 5:2 roster, with a temporary Head Office placement included as part of the program.

Throughout the Graduate Program, you will gain exposure to multiple facets of the business, allowing you to build your technical knowledge, develop practical site experience and gain a strong understanding of project delivery.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting the site Engineering team with project requirements
- Recording and monitoring production data, site cost controls and daily reporting
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with project QA requirements
- Supporting subcontractor management and site coordination
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of civil works
- Working collaboratively with operational and project teams

To be considered for this position, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or a similar relevant discipline
- Relevant site-based vacation placements within the civil, infrastructure or mining industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- The right to permanently work in Australia
