Use your insurance, strata or customer service experience to help customers navigate the claims process with confidence. As a Strata Claims Consultant with Crawford, you will manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing clear communication, practical guidance and timely outcomes.

Experience in insurance or strata claims is highly regarded, but we also welcome robust customer service professionals from retail or call centre environments who are ready to build a long-term career in insurance.

Internal title: Strata Internal Claims Adjuster. This role may also be known as Claims Consultant, Claims Manager or Claims Handler.

What You Will Do

- Manage a portfolio of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement
- Support and guide customers throughout the claims process
- Assess policy coverage and review supporting documentation
- Investigate and analyse claims to support sound decisions
- Set reserves and prepare clear, accurate reports




- Determine liability and progress claims towards resolution
- Provide timely updates and deliver customer-focused outcomes

What You Will Bring

You will be self-motivated, solutions-focused and confident communicating with customers and stakeholders. You may already work in insurance or strata claims management or bring strong customer service experience from a retail or call centre environment. You will bring:

- Insurance or strata claims management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- A customer-first approach, with empathy and professionalism
- The ability to make sound decisions and work effectively within a team
- Australian or New Zealand working rights
- A willingness to complete a police check and develop your insurance expertise
