About the Opportunity
Looking for a hands-on role where attention to detail genuinely matters?

Join a global medical device organisation and become part of a team responsible for safely preparing medical devices for reuse.
As a Re-Manufacturing Operator, you'll receive training across key stages of the process, including cleaning, inspection, disassembly, reassembly and functional testing.
You'll use specialised equipment, follow clearly defined procedures and complete quality checks to ensure every device is processed correctly and safely.

You don't need previous MedTech experience.
If your background is in production, manufacturing, food processing, assembly, quality or another process-driven environment, you may already have many of the transferable skills needed to succeed.

This is an opportunity to take your existing experience into a highly regulated healthcare environment and develop specialised MedTech capability.

What You'll Be Doing

- Clean, inspect, disassemble and reassemble medical devices
- Perform functional testing and quality checks
- Operate specialised production equipment and tools
- Follow SOPs and detailed instructions
- Identify and report defects or quality concerns
- Accurately complete production and device-tracking documentation
- Follow strict hygiene, safety and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve quality and production requirements

What We're Looking For
You don't need to tick every box.
We're looking for people who are reliable, practical,



detail-oriented and comfortable following clear processes consistently.
Experience in any of these areas could transfer well:

- Production or manufacturing
- Food production or processing
- Assembly, inspection or quality control
- Medical devices or healthcare manufacturing
- Technical or process-driven environments
- Other regulated environments where quality and procedures matter

Most importantly, you'll bring strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
Previous medical device, cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
