Who we are and what we offer:
Interested in shaping skylines across the globe?
Multiplex is a premier construction company with a simple purpose: to construct a better future. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to help deliver some of the world's most iconic projects, supported by approachable leadership and an inclusive culture that puts our people first.
You will also have access to a range of holistic benefits including:
- Bonus schemes, annual remuneration reviews and salary continuance insurance.
- Health and Wellbeing programs, including annual voluntary skin and health checks.
- Perks to support parents and families, including 20 weeks paid parental leave regardless of gender, payment of superannuation on unpaid leave, and transition coaching.
- Professional career development opportunities and a wealth of learning offerings through the Multiplex Learning Academy.
- An industry-leading approach to flexible work to enable better work-life balance.
Who we're looking for:
We have exciting opportunities for two Site Administrators to support our project delivery teams, with one position located in Bentley and one position located at Elizabeth Quay, Perth CBD. Based in the Project Office, the Site Administrator will provide reception, administrative, and document control support to the project team,
ensuring the smooth running and efficient management of onsite office systems and processes.
The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices, credit card reconciliation, and entering expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, organising catering, ensuring stationery and office supplies are well-stocked, managing PPE, and coordinating events or social functions. Other duties include document control, reporting, preparing presentations, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive mindset, and possesses a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be skilled at negotiating and influencing, with a focus on building robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with construction projects or similar is advantageous, but not essential. Strong MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks efficiently are a must.
A note on diversity:
We're committed to building a workplace where people of all genders, cultures, identities, abilities and life experiences feel they belong. We welcome applications from people of all genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and veterans.
You don't need to meet every requirement to be considered so if this role sparks your interest and you want to help build a better future, we'd like to hear from you. We're committed to a barrier-free recruitment experience. If you need any adjustments, simply let our Talent Acquisition team know.
