This is an chance to lead an established team of System Engineers while taking ownership of the infrastructure roadmap for a growing financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll influence technology decisions, champion continuous improvement and help build the capability required for the next phase of growth.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys thinking strategically but isn't afraid to jump on the tools when needed. Someone who asks questions, challenges the status quo, develops ideas around efficiency and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead infrastructure operations across cloud, network and server environments
- Develop and implement strategic infrastructure roadmaps
- Coach, mentor and develop a growing engineering team
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiencies
- Oversee vendors, projects, risk management and service performance

- Experienced infrastructure leader with strong technical credibility




- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting on the tools when required
- Strong background across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and security
- Naturally curious with excellent listening and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ambitious leader who enjoys building teams, capability and future leaders
