Our client is an established & growing health services provider with an impeccable industry reputation. Their Adelaide team is growing & an opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist to come on board is on offer, with an immediate start available or in line with your availability.

This is a mobile role, seeing clients in the community across Adelaide & surrounds. You will be supported by a Clinical Performance Lead (there are 2 in Adelaide) & work as part of a team of 9 clinicians.

The Role:

- Develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance & Corporate
- Mobile role visiting clients across Adelaide, with administration completed from home or on the go
- Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for your clients
- Case notes, report-writing & administration
- Work autonomously, with support from your Clinical Performance Lead
- Build trusted relationships & actively promote the organisation's services, resulting in repeat referrals

The Ideal Candidate:

- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Clinical &/or Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable - though this company has great training, graduates warmly welcome to apply!
- Available to commence immediately or in the near future
- Comfortable working autonomously & managing your own diary
- Based in Adelaide or surrounds, or willing to relocate
- Strong relationship management skills
- Motivated to help clients progress & achieve outcomes
- Driver's licence
