About the Role
We are seeking a motivated team member to join our front-of-house sales operations. This role plays a key part in guiding customers through product selection, offering practical advice, and delivering a high standard of service from initial enquiry through to final sale.
Hours;
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Once established in the role,
there may be the chance to participate in a rotating Saturday roster (8:00am to 11:30am).
Applicants must hold valid Australian working rights at the time of applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store and over the phone
- Identify vehicle requirements and recommend suitable tyre options
- Provide clear, accurate product information and pricing
- Process sales transactions and coordinate with the workshop team
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused service environment
