About the role

Join the team at Sahra by the River, a vibrant riverside restaurant in Parramatta, as a full-time Waiter/Waitress. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour

2. Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen

3. Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely and skilled manner

4. Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between sittings

5. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns

6. Assisting with stock management and light cleaning duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment

2. Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team

5. A flexible and adaptable approach to your work

6. The right to work in Australia
