Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for a Marine Mechanic Apprentice to work with our valued Host Employer in Port Broughton. This is a full time position.

As a Marine Mechanic Apprentice, you will undertake a Certificate III in Marine Mechanical Technology, where you will learn on-the-job to become a qualified Marine Mechanic.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career working with marine engines, vessels, and mechanical systems.

In this role, you will learn a wide range of skills, including:

- Servicing and maintaining marine engines and equipment

- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

- Using industry tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance





- Working as part of a skilled and supportive team

Position Requirements

- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical

- Hold a current driver’s licence

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Be punctual and have a positive work ethic

- Be able to use initiative and work well in a team
