At the beginning of 2025, Hilliard Christian School opened a brand-new Early Learning Centre. Our Centre is a nurturing, inclusive, and Christian Early Education and Care service, providing high-quality Long Day Care with an integrated Kindergarten program.

Our Early Learning Centre will create the foundation for lifelong learning through cutting-edge, creative, and child-focussed teaching practices. We are seeking passionate and dynamic Early Childhood Educators to join our team and inspire the wonder, delight, and intrigue of childhood through both planned and spontaneous learning experiences.

The successful candidates will demonstrate that they:

- Have a strong passion for early childhood education

- Develop and deliver an educational program that fosters children’s interests and stimulates their passion for learning.

- Establish and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide a wide range of resources and materials which children can utilise to develop individual and group projects.

- Understand the expectations of National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards and the current Regulations.

- Maintain children’s individual observations, assessments and learning plans.

- Build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with families and children.

Requirements:

- Diploma Early Childhood Education (or working towards) - preferred

- Certificate III - Early Childhood Education
