Coolum Beach 7 Day Doctors is seeking a Full Time Experienced General Practice Registered Nurse with interest in Chronic Disease Management & Care Plans
A fantastic opportunity is available to join our friendly and busy Medical Practice.
To be successful in this role you must be a registered nurse, versatile with your hours, possess excellent communication skills and have an interest and experience in chronic disease management and care plans. You will have the ability to multitask, support the nursing and practice team and maintain confidentiality. Experience using Best Practice software would be advantageous.
As the successful candidate your duties will include:
- Vaccine Management
- Immunisation
- Assisting Doctors procedures
- ECG, Wound care, Spirometry, Sterilisation
- Updating patient files
- Liaising with different health departments
- Recalls
- Child & other Health Assessments
- Care Plans
- Other duties as directed by the manager
And additionally in relation to Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans:
- Chronic Disease Management planning
- Home Assessments - as required
- Managing Care Plans & follow up for the practice in conjunction with doctors
- Updating patient files
- Liaising with different health departments
The position is for an immediate start and the remuneration will be based on the experience and the qualifications of the successful applicant.
To be successful for this position you must have current AHPRA nursing registration.
