Ripple Effect Recruitment is working with a highly regarded body corporate company in North Brisbane. They’re looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to join their team and are open to both experienced strata assistants and people with strong transferable skills.

This is a chance to learn the industry alongside experienced managers, get involved in the day-to-day work behind a portfolio and build the knowledge to take your career further.

The Role

You’ll support Strata Managers with the administration and communication involved in looking after their portfolios. The work is varied, and you’ll have regular contact with owners, committees and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing meeting notices, agendas, minutes and correspondence

- Helping organise AGMs and committee meetings

- Responding to owner and committee enquiries

- Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes and contractor follow-up

- Assisting with insurance and other body corporate matters

- Maintaining accurate records and keeping portfolio tasks on track

About You

You may already have experience in strata or body corporate, or come from property management, real estate,



property administration or another busy administrative role. Previous strata experience is an advantage, but we’re also open to someone with strong transferable skills who wants to build a career in the industry.

You’ll bring robust organisation and communication skills, confidence dealing with clients and contractors, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You’ll need to be based in North Brisbane or nearby, as this is a full-time, office-based role.
