The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard. This hands-on role will see you carrying out preventive maintenance, general repairs, painting and refurbishment works, supporting compliance requirements, and coordinating with contractors when required. You will play a key role in maintaining guest areas, back-of-house facilities, and overall property presentation while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Skills & Attributes





- 2-5 years' experience in a maintenance, handyperson, facilities, or similar role, ideally within hospitality
- Strong hands-on skills across painting, general repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain high presentation standards
- Strong communication skills, skilled attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional service
