Heavy Diesel Fitter

- $91.25 p/h + penalties
- DIDO Available, Camp Provided
- 7/7 Rotating Day & Night Roster

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of heavy earthmoving equipment solutions to the mining industry across Australia.

What you will be doing:

- Conducting ongoing maintenance, servicing and repairs on heavy mining equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery
- Completing preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensuring maintenance repairs are completed in accordance with company standards and cost targets
- Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required

What you will need:

- Current Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Trade Qualification
- Minimum 2 years post-trade experience on heavy earthmoving equipment
- Experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- High Risk Work Licences including Dogging, Rigging, Crane or EWP (highly regarded)
