We are digging out a spa in the back garden. You will be shoveling fill, into two buckets and carrying to a skip bin in the front garage. Each bucket only has about 8kilos in it. You fill your own buckets. Slow and steady gets the job done. There will be about 6 laborer's sharing the job. You get 45 minutes lunch break. If the skip bin gets full you go home early with full pay. This is my private house so I wont be taking tax out you will be paid on the spot by electronic transfer (bring your BSB and Account number if you don't have pay ID). You will be independent contractors. Start time is 9am. If you get tired and want to leave early you can, I will pay you up until when you leave.
