Off the ground, on the nozzle, and part of a crew that knows what they're doing. PCA has landed multiple new contracts up and down the East Coast, and we're after an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman to join us.

Bonus points if you've also got concreting experience under your belt, we'd love to hear from you too!

- Office based in Bella Vista NSW

- Current work locations covering; Cairns, Gold Coast + Central to Northern NSW

- This role requires travel and living away from home on a rostered basis - we go where the work is!

The role

You'll join PCA's Concreting Division applying shotcrete to walls and drainage structures using both handheld and robotic methods, on projects that actually challenge you, not just another pour on another site.

If you've also got solid concreting experience (finishing, steel fixing, formwork), even better; we'll put those skills to work across the crew as well.

Casual to permanent roles, with genuine long-term opportunity for the right people!

Roster is on average: 21 days in office, 4 days home (2 paid, 2 unpaid), plus separate travel days either side. There will be some variances to this pending the job and the climate.

We pay an ordinary hourly rate for the first 8 hours each day, with penalty rates after that. Expect an average 10-hour day and a 6-day week while on-site - plenty of o.t included in weekly pay cycle.

We also pay living away from home allowance, accommodation, meal, travel time + mileage + fare.

Some of the must-haves

- Experience operating shotcrete with a handheld nozzle

- Robotic application experience

- High Risk Work Licence

- Working at Heights ticket

- White Card

- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport

- Excellent temperament, used to working off the ground

- Fit, safety-conscious, and ready for hands-on work

- Reliable, genuine team player; our crews are tight-knit

- Open to rostered projects,



including travel and living away as required

- Drug and alcohol free status

For the concreters, were looking for anyone who has:

- Solid experience as a concreter in civil or commercial construction

- Strong steel fixing and concrete finishing skills

- Comfortable with patching and repair work

Bonus points for

- Additional operating tickets: HR or HC licence, telehandler, skid steer, excavator, forklift

- Ability to read construction plans and drawings

- Development of Safe Work Method Statements

- Experience with faux rock effect finishes

- Cross-skilled between shotcrete and general concreting work
