As Port Manager, you will have full accountability for safety, people, performance, customer relationships and commercial outcomes across a business-critical baggage handling operation.
You will lead a team of technical and operational professionals, drive service excellence and ensure the reliability of systems that are essential to airport operations. The decisions you make will directly influence operational performance, customer experience and the success of a major airport partnership.

What You Will Bring
- Significant leadership experience within aviation, airports, maintenance, engineering, logistics, automation or critical infrastructure environments.
- Proven success leading teams in complex operational settings.
- Solid commercial, customer and stakeholder management capability.
- A trade qualification (Electrical or Mechanical preferred), Engineering degree, or equivalent technical background.
- The ability to make sound decisions, influence outcomes and lead under pressure.
