Graduate Architects to assist with the delivery of retail and commercial projects in NSW and ACT, from inception through to completion. This is a full time permanent position with opportunity to work closely with directors and opportunity to grow and advance. Develop your technical and project experience and progress within the practice for motivated individuals. Training and support available to help you build your sector knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Work with an experienced team delivering retail projects
- Produce feasibility, development application, tender and construction design documentation
- Prepare architectural plans, building details and project specifications
- Liaise with consultants, builders and the project team
- Verify all drawings meet required quality, safety,
NCC and Australian Standards
About you
- Approximately 5 years local experience in design documentation using AutoCAD
- Excellent organisation, coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and work to deadlines
