Collier Family Law is looking for a Family Lawyer to join our busy and friendly practice in Cairns.

The role:

- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from start to finish with the support of a close-knit team of lawyers and very experienced paralegals.

- Provide empathetic, strategic advice to clients navigating separation, parenting disputes, and financial settlements.

- Draft court documents and negotiate settlements.

- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and in Court, including instructing Counsel.

- Collaborate with a supportive team of lawyers who value integrity, autonomy, and excellence.

About you

The ideal candidate must have:

- Minimum of a year of legal experience.

- Be highly organised, proactive and solutions driven.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to prioritise, multitask and adopt a proactive approach to your work.





- Qualified approach and presentation.

- Strong communication skills.
