We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer – Artwork & Production to join our Marketing team and help bring our campaigns, creative concepts and brand ideas to life across digital, print and retail environments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on design and production role suited to a designer who has some commercial experience and enjoys turning creative ideas into polished, finished artwork.

Working from campaign concepts, briefs and creative direction developed by the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across a range of channels and formats.

A key focus of the role will be artwork execution, adaptation and pre-press, ensuring all creative is visually strong, accurate, consistent and production-ready.

You’ll work across multiple projects at once, balancing creative execution with attention to detail, deadlines and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Artwork & Design Execution

- Bring creative concepts and campaign ideas developed by the Marketing team to life

- Translate briefs and creative direction into polished visual assets

- Create, adapt and resize artwork across multiple formats and channels

- Develop artwork within existing brand guidelines, templates and visual direction

- Assist with campaign rollouts, new collection launches and promotional creative





- Retouch and prepare photography for use across marketing channels

Pre-Press & Print Production

- Prepare artwork for print across a range of formats and materials

- Set up accurate print-ready files including correct sizing, bleed, crop marks and specifications

- Carefully proof artwork for spelling, sizing, imagery, colour and production details

- Prepare artwork for store signage, posters, window displays, POS and Visual Merchandising

- Liaise with printers and suppliers when required

Marketing & Creative Support

- Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver creative projects and campaigns

- Take direction from the Marketing & Brand Manager and wider Marketing team

- Support the team with day-to-day design and production requirements and the ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines

- Shopify experience is an advantage but not essential

About You

You’ll have some experience working in a commercial design environment and be comfortable working within an established brand, taking direction and managing multiple pieces of artwork at once.

You’ll ideally have:

- 1–3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a commercial, retail, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle environment





- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

- An understanding of graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout and hierarchy

- An understanding of print production and pre-press requirements

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to accurately follow a brief and creative direction

- The ability to take feedback and make amendments efficiently

- A willingness to learn and develop your skills in a collaborative workplace

Your work could include:

- Designer stockists campaign artwork for latest collections and launches

- Social media assets and website banners and graphics

- Store posters and signage for use in our stores

- Artwork adaptations across multiple sizes and formats

- Preparing final files for print production
