Senior Payroll Officer

Great opportunity for an ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll Officer to support payroll processing, projects, upgrades and continuous improvement!

THE ROLE

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls across Australia and New Zealand




- End-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with Awards, EBAs and legislation
- Assisting with system queries, testing and enhancements projects

- Support payroll and HR teams with payroll systems and process-related queries
- Month-end reporting and calculations including PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and labour costing reports
- Maintain employee payroll records and leave entitlements
- Work closely with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, team training and system upgrades
- Support audit requirements and payroll compliance activities

THE PERSON

- Proven end-to-end payroll experience using ADP GlobalView or SAP is essential

- Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
- Kronos experience is desirable

- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Full working rights required
