Flex Recruit is seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for current and upcoming mining, construction and shutdown projects across Western Australia. We’re keen to hear from people available for FIFO work from Perth or local assignments.

What we’re looking for

- Crane Operators with current CO or CN high risk work licences
- Riggers with current RA or RI high risk work licences
- Proven experience in crane operations, lifting or rigging on mining and industrial sites
- A robust approach to safety and the ability to work well with a crew
- Current driver’s licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Site inductions, a police check or MSIC may be required for some assignments. Rosters and project durations vary, with options including 2:1, 8:6 and 2:2 or a shutdown circuit with ongoing work.
