Showroom & Store Manager – Premium Bathroomware Sydney – Eastern Suburbs | Full-time, permanent

Our client is a respected, independent building materials business with a showroom that has been a local favourite in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for more than 20 years. The showroom specialises in premium, mostly European bathroomware and has plenty of walk-in traffic. What they need now is a leader who can turn that interest into sales.

About the role

You'll lead a team of 5–6 across the showroom and trade counter, with a small warehouse team supporting you. This is a sales-led leadership role in a retail setting: success comes from strong quoting, consistent follow-up and building relationships with local renovators, builders, plumbers, interior designers and decorators.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and work alongside a friendly, experienced team

- Build a solid quote-to-order and follow-up routine

- Sell premium bathroomware to homeowners, trade and design professionals

- Build and manage relationships with local builders and designers

- Keep the showroom looking premium and up to date, working with suppliers on displays and new products





- Manage stock performance and slow-moving lines

- Use POS and ERP reporting to track results and improve performance

About you

- Proven experience as a Store, Showroom or Branch Manager in a consultative sales setting

- Background in bathroomware, tiles, building materials, flooring, lighting, furniture or a similar category

- A track record of quoting, converting and managing accounts, with results you can show

- Confident selling premium products

- A mature, hands-on leader who enjoys working as part of a team

- Motivated by team success rather than individual commission

- Based in or near the Eastern Suburbs, or within an easy commute
