MSS Security is a leading Australian security services provider, with employees and operations across the country. We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support to our people across the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping people and finding practical solutions to IT issues.

What you'll be doing

- Provide first and second-level IT support to internal employees

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues

- Respond to and manage IT service requests through the service desk

- Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment

- Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications

- Manage user access, accounts and permissions

- Escalate more complex technical issues when required

- Maintain accurate IT asset records and support documentation

- Work with the wider IT team to improve systems, processes and the user experience

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in an IT support, service desk or similar role

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills





- Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users

- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded
