Key Responsibilities

- Lead the SAP Finance workstream across large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programmes.
- Guide clients through finance process design, solution decisions and fit-to-standard workshops.
- Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practice.
- Translate business requirements into transparent functional designs, delivery priorities and implementation plans.
- Lead and mentor SAP Finance consultants across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Manage workstream scope, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, data and business teams to deliver consistent end-to-end solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the finance workstream, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
- Ensure all workstream deliverables meet agreed quality, governance and acceptance standards.

Experience & Qualifications





- More than eight years of experience delivering SAP Finance solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
- Experience completing at least two to three end-to-end SAP implementation programmes.
- Proven experience leading finance workstreams, work packages or delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of finance process design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience leading or coordinating onshore and offshore SAP delivery resources.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and delivery management skills.
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing or Document and Reporting Compliance would be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
