The Opportunity

World Gym Canning Vale is looking for motivated, professional and business-minded Personal Trainers to operate within our club under a rental agreement.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial trainer who wants the freedom to run their own business, build their own client base and control their schedule, while operating within an established gym environment.

You'll be responsible for your own clients and business growth, with access to the facilities, member community and opportunities available within the World Gym environment.

What You'll Do

- Deliver high-quality one-on-one and small group personal training.

- Build and maintain a strong client base through prospecting, referrals and member engagement.

- Conduct consultations, assessments and regular client check-ins.

- Develop individualised programs and track client progress.

- Manage your own schedule, appointments and client relationships.

- Promote your services and identify opportunities to grow your business.

- Build positive relationships with members and contribute to the club community.

- Maintain professional presentation and uphold World Gym standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and motivated to build a successful business.

You'll bring:

- Certificate IV in Fitness.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Current ABN and Public Liability Insurance.





- Strong knowledge of strength training, conditioning and program design.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- The confidence to promote yourself and generate recent business.

- A professional, reliable and positive approach.

- Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.

- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
