About the Role

As a Civil Works Operator, you'll be a vital part of our team – working together to deliver safe,



high-quality civil and environmental works across the community. You'll operate and maintain a range of plant and equipment, undertake physical labouring activities, implement traffic control measures and contribute to projects that enhance the local area and community outcomes.

We’re looking for team players who are a great fit and who are eager to learn and contribute. You’ll receive the training and support you need to safely operate equipment while developing your skills as part of a supportive crew.

You’ll work under the Local Government (State) Award, with opportunities to grow your career while making a real difference in the community

What We’re Looking For

- Must have a driver licence (MR licence is desirable)
- Must have a SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and get stuck in
- A reliable and dependable team player who takes pride in completing every task with integrity and efficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Brings a positive, proactive, and community-focused attitude to each task

Pre-Employment Screening
