As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and coordinating customer matters across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and coordinating multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment. You'll play an important part in the customer journey, working closely with our internal teams, installers and customers to ensure enquiries and issues are followed through from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and enquiries
- Providing customers with professional, accurate and timely updates
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution
- Coordinating with installation, service, operations and other internal teams
- Following up outstanding customer matters and ensuring nothing is left unresolved
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments where required
- Maintaining accurate customer notes, records and updates within company systems
- Escalating urgent or complex matters to the appropriate team or manager
- Managing customer expectations professionally when delays or issues arise
- Following up internal teams and external contractors to obtain updates for customers
About you
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, administration or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at once
- A proactive approach to following up and resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- The ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
- Confidence working across different departments to get outcomes
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
