We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Estimator & Account Manager to join our growing WA team. This role combines technical estimating, solution development and customer relationship management, supporting both new and existing clients across Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands electronic security systems and enjoys working directly with clients to develop practical, commercially sound solutions.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will:

- Prepare estimates, proposals and tender submissions for electronic security projects.

- Develop security solutions incorporating access control, CCTV, intercom, perimeter detection and associated systems.

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

- Conduct site inspections and scope development.

- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.

- Identify new opportunities within existing customer networks.

- Support projects throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Experience within the electronic security industry.

- Exposure to security system estimating, technical sales or account management.

- Strong understanding of access control and CCTV solutions.

- Experience with Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec,



Avigilon, Inner Range, ICT or similar platforms.

- Ability to interpret plans, specifications and client requirements.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

- Current Australian driver's licence.

- Western Australian Security Licence

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in mining, resources, critical infrastructure, utilities or industrial projects.

- Knowledge of government, defence, or high-security environments.

- Estimating and tender preparation experience.
