Agents'Agency is looking for an experienced Trust Accountant to join our Frankston-based operations team. You'll work with established systems, documented processes and supportive colleagues, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering accurate, compliant trust accounting without unnecessary chaos.

About the role

You'll oversee the day-to-day trust accounting requirements for a portfolio of real estate offices within the Agents'Agency network.

Working alongside our broader operational and compliance teams, you'll ensure trust transactions are processed accurately, deadlines are met and all accounts remain compliant with applicable legislation and audit requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing contract deposits and settlements
- Daily trust account processing and administration
- Receipting, disbursements and bank reconciliations
- Completing end-of-month procedures and reporting




- Maintaining accurate and audit-ready trust records
- Liaising with agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders
- Resolving discrepancies and responding to trust account enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows

About you

You will ideally have:
- Previous real estate trust accounting experience
- A strong understanding of trust account legislation and compliance
- Experience using Vault, PropertyMe, Console or a comparable platform
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment

A formal accounting qualification is welcome but not essential - practical real estate trust accounting experience is what matters most to us.
