Reporting to the CTO, this Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for leading end-user technology services across a growing financial services organisation. You'll oversee service delivery, end-user computing, workplace technology and stakeholder engagement, while developing a high-performing team and driving service maturity across the business.
This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys building capability, improving customer experience and creating services that scale alongside business growth. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence technology decisions and play a key role in shaping how technology services are delivered across the organisation.

About You

- Proven leadership experience across Service Delivery, EUC or IT Operations
- Strong experience within Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and modern workplace technologies
- Passion for coaching, developing and empowering technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
