About the role
As Facility Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational and clinical performance of the home, leading a multidisciplinary team while ensuring exceptional care, compliance and financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing clinical and operational team
- Driving resident-centred care and positive quality outcomes
- Managing occupancy, budgets, workforce planning and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Creating a positive, engaged and accountable workplace culture
About you
- An experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity, or a commercially minded Clinical Care Manager with solid operational capability who is ready to step into a Facility Manager role
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Experience managing clinical operations, workforce performance and compliance
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, occupancy and resource management
- Proven leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional care while leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams
- Sound financial and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
