McConnell Dowell is building its team for a major transport infrastructure project in Perth that will help shape the future of Western Australia's road network. Delivered through an Alliance model, the project includes complex road, bridge, drainage, rail interface and traffic management works across a significant transport corridor that will improve connectivity, safety and capacity for the community.

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join the project team.

Reporting to the Project HR Manager, this role is ideally suited to an experienced HR Advisor or a capable HR Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with project leaders and employees, you will provide practical HR advice and support across workforce planning, mobilisation, employee relations, performance, engagement and employee lifecycle activities. Supported by an experienced HR team, you will gain exposure to all facets of project-based HR while contributing to the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project.

What will you bring?

- HR experience gained within construction, infrastructure, engineering, transport, logistics, manufacturing, mining or other operational environments.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or working towards.
