About the role

As a Console Operator (Casual) at the Hope Trading Company in Bilinga, QLD, you'll provide exceptional customer service while operating the store console. This is a casual position, offering you the opportunity to work minimum of 24 hours a week.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout

- Operating the store console to process sales transactions

- Handling cash and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed

- Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment

- Assisting with stock replenishment as required

- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a qualified manner

What we're looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently unsupervised.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude and well presented
