Working with a range of leading automotive brands, you will be responsible for presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions, managing lender relationships, ensuring compliance standards are met, and maximising profitability through a customer-first approach. You will work closely with our sales teams to support vehicle deliveries and help customers find the best ownership solutions for their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Presenting finance, insurance and aftermarket products to customers

- Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and suppliers

- Managing the end-to-end finance process from application to settlement

- Achieving and exceeding F&I; performance targets

- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements

- Supporting the sales team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes





- Providing accurate reporting and maintaining high levels of professionalism

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager or F&I; Manager

- Strong track record of achieving finance and insurance targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Knowledge of automotive finance products and lending processes

- Strong attention to detail and compliance standards

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

- A current driver's licence
