The opportunity
You’ll manage an existing portfolio of clients while continuing to develop new relationships and grow your book over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio of clients.
- Providing strategic and ongoing financial advice.
- Building solid, long-term client relationships.
- Conducting initial, review and strategy meetings.
- Identifying additional advice opportunities within your client base.
- Receiving a consistent flow of new client opportunities and referrals.
- Working closely with an established support team throughout the advice process.
- Continuing to develop your technical and client-facing capability.
Who they’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 1–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser/Planner.
- Completed your Professional Year and be comfortable managing client relationships independently.
- Experience providing holistic financial advice.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence conducting client meetings and presenting advice and recommendations.
- A client-focused approach and genuine interest in building long-term relationships.
- A desire to continue developing your career within a stable and growing business.
