About the Role

We are seeking a practical and service-focused IT Support Analyst (Agribusiness) to provide first-level technical support across Hewitt, with a primary focus on Agribusiness and Group Support Services. Based in Brisbane, QLD, you will support infrastructure, networking, business systems and day-to-day technology needs across office and operational environments.

This is a diverse, hands-on role that includes regular travel to cattle and sheep stations, where you will troubleshoot issues, maintain network reliability and help improve the technology experience for remote teams. You will also lead the technical delivery of Hewitt’s Station Network Upgrade Project and provide backup support to manufacturing locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely first-level support and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, system access and equipment.
- Travel regularly to stations and operational locations to support networks, connectivity, infrastructure and users.
- Lead the technical planning, deployment, testing and transition of the Station Network Upgrade Project.
- Maintain secure, accurate documentation for IT systems, station networks, configurations and cybersecurity processes.

About You

You are a capable and customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting people in both office and operational environments. You communicate technical information clearly, remain calm under pressure and take ownership of issues through to resolution.

You are comfortable working independently, balancing competing priorities and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers. Importantly,



you are willing to travel regularly and enjoy the variety of supporting technology across remote agricultural locations.

You Will Bring

- Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and prioritisation skills across hardware, software, systems and connectivity.
- Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills and a practical, service-oriented approach.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to stations and other operational locations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
