ACLE Services is looking for experienced Concreters/Form worker’s (2) to join our growing construction delivery team, delivering utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on renewable energy infrastructure projects with a team that values quality workmanship, safety, and collaboration. We are seeking people who enjoy working in a project setting and are looking for long-term opportunities within a growing business.

You'll initially join us as a casual (flat rate arrangement) employee, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent project team member based on performance, project requirements, and mutual fit.

This role is available for an immediate start.

About the Role

Working as part of our construction team, you'll assist with the construction of concrete foundations and associated civil infrastructure required for utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage projects.

You will work closely with supervisors, civil trades to deliver high-quality concrete works safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow SWMS, permits and project safety requirements

- Set out and construct timber, steel and modular formwork

- Install and strip formwork safely and efficiently

- Read construction drawings and follow engineering specifications

- Install cast-in items, embeds, conduits and anchor bolt templates





- Assist with reinforcing steel placement where required

- Check dimensions, levels and alignment before pours

- Prepare foundations, slabs, plinths, footings and retaining structures

- Pour, place and vibrate concrete

- Screed, level and finish concrete surfaces

- Monitor curing processes

- Patch, repair and finish concrete as required

- Assist with concrete testing and quality inspections

From time to time you may also assist with Civil preparation works such as:

- Assisting with excavation and foundation preparation (where licensed)

- Install edge boards and boxing

- Operate small plant and equipment (where licensed)

- Assist with drainage and trench works

- Support crane lifts and concrete pump operations

- Install expansion joints and grout under equipment where required

Skills & Experience

We're looking for people who have:

- Previous experience as a Concreter and/or Form worker

- Experience on civil infrastructure, commercial or industrial construction projects

- Ability to read construction drawings

- Experience with concrete pours and formwork systems

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Ability to work away from home on rostered projects

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Licences & Tickets

Essential:

- White Card

- Current Driver Licence

- Telehandler
