We are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join an established service team based in the Sutherland Shire.

This is initially a temporary opportunity commencing 5 October, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

About the Role As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service operations and ensuring jobs are scheduled and managed efficiently.

The role will include:

- Coordinating service jobs, technicians and schedules
- Managing work orders and updating job information
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
- Managing customer enquiries and service requests
- Updating and maintaining accurate records
- Using Simpro to manage jobs and service requirements
- Supporting the wider service team with general administration

About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with strong and recent Simpro and service coordinator experience.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or Scheduler




- Strong hands-on experience using Simpro
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Experience within a trades, maintenance, facilities or service-based workplace is highly desirable
- Immediate availability for the 5 October start
